The Cottage

We stumbled upon “The Cottage” when we decided to go for a walk along the glorious Cotswold way on a sunny morning in June 2013. We loved it at first sight and knew it would make a fabulous holiday cottage. Winchcombe is a delightful town with honey coloured stone cottages lining the winding streets. It is nestled between the vale of Evesham and the Cotswold Hills which gives easy access to the Cotswold way and Winchcombe way for some terrific walks with incredible views. This is the ideal cottage from which to explore the Cotswold countryside. It is within walking distance to Winchcombes shops including a fabulous deli and many excellent pubs and restaurants.

The kitchen is fitted with shaker units in cream, is fully fitted with a gas hob and an electric oven. Washer/dryer, fridge freezer and dishwasher. Microwave oven, kettle and toaster. Plenty of pots and pans and a white dinner service.

Tea, coffee and sugar is provided and we always have fresh milk and a few little welcome goodies for you.

It has a built in cupboard , inside of which you will find the ironing board and iron. There is plenty of hanging space for your clothes. There is also a console table with hairdryer.

Bedroom 2

Bedroom 2 has exposed beams. A really comfortable wooden bed with a Memory foam mattress. It has two bedside lamps. There is a small cupboard suitable for storing your luggage. Please note that the height is restricted in this bedroom due to the sloping roof.
